The Prime rental rate is $17,500 per month for Feb and March. Jan, April and May are $15,750. June and Nov are $14,000. The other months are $10,000. The rental rate does not include county and state taxes, cleaning fees, utility and security deposits. A payment schedule will be provided that will have all fees paid prior to tenancy and if using a credit card there will be a processing fee.
